Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd (HSSB) is a PETRONAS license company, 100% Bumiputra owned company incorporated in 16th December 2003 based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan. It was set up with the aim to conduct business in Oil & Gas industry. In undertaking the endeavor, HBS is focusing to be a customer driven company and believed that quality of products and services is the utmost priority. 

The primary focus of the company is in construction and maintenance services of the above-mentioned industries.
